Approximately 50% of active Masterclass members are unaware that each class is accompanied by a Class Guide, which provides supplementary editorial content.
Ideation Process:
To address this issue, multiple departments' teams collaborated in a joint brainstorming effort. The goal was to devise feasible solutions that could enhance the visibility and usage of Class Guides for MasterClass members.
Evaluation:
Concepts generated during the ideation process underwent pre-authorization. Evaluation criteria were centered around their potential impact, value to MasterClass members, development timeline, and the necessary labor resources. This approach ensured a focused selection process based on strategic considerations for implementation.
